Finmadoz is a commercial process consulting firm based in Río Cuarto, Córdoba. We work with Argentine SMEs to build structured accounts receivable management systems — using the tools they already have.

Born from a recurring observation in Argentine SMEs

Working alongside small and medium-sized companies, a pattern became clear: businesses that sold on credit terms had robust sales processes — and almost no collections process. The invoice went out the door and then it was left to chance, memory, and whoever happened to be less busy.

The problem wasn't willingness to collect. It was the absence of a structured system. No categories. No defined cadence. No consistent communication. No alerts. Just an informal habit that worked well enough — until it didn't.

Finmadoz was built to fill that gap: to bring process discipline to the collections side of commercial operations, without replacing the human relationships that make Argentine business work.
