System Design

Based on the diagnosis, we design the complete system: client risk categories with classification criteria, contact cadences for each tier and delinquency stage, and the full communication template set. Everything is documented clearly before implementation begins.

Handover & Training

The final phase is handing the system over to your team. We walk through the complete process, explain each component, and ensure that whoever will be running collections day-to-day understands how to use every part of the system.
